Business and Corporate Law

We represent corporations in conducting their business affairs. This includes advising managers and members of boards of directors as to their legal obligations to employees, shareholders and the public.

We also advise clients in business negotiations and in drafting documents as they relate to business including contracts and sales of real property.

Resident Agent and Entity Formation

We assist our clients in corporate, limited liability company and partnership formations with counsel on the best choice of entity to achieve your goals from both a liability and tax perspective.

We prepare and file the formation instruments and can assist with related federal and state regulatory filings. We also advise our clients on post formation organizational practices related to corporate governance and operational procedures.
