Diversity Statement

Bailey Kennedy recognizes the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the firm.  In our view, DE&I encompasses welcoming and working with people of differing life experiences, cultures and backgrounds, as well as persons of different race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, national origin or any other protected status.  We encourage and foster a culture with diverse viewpoints and creative ideas, which we believe helps us better serve our clients.  The firm’s DE&I goals extend to its recruitment practices, professional development and mentoring efforts, attorney and staff retention and advancement policies, support for affinity groups, sponsorships, outreach efforts, and community service.  Finally, our attorneys and staff actively participate in and support numerous diverse organizations seeking to advance DE&I throughout our community.
