Jarod B. Penniman is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a proud graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Before joining Bailey Kennedy, Mr. Penniman practiced civil litigation where he defended insurers, businesses, and individuals in a variety of different matters.
Mr. Penniman primarily practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, and ethics and professional responsibility law.
