Jarod B. Penniman is a native of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a proud graduate of the Gonzaga University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Before joining Bailey Kennedy, Jarod practiced civil litigation where he defended insurers, businesses, and individuals in a variety of different matters.
Jarod primarily practices in the areas of civil litigation, commercial litigation, appellate advocacy, and ethics and professional responsibility law.
