Jack Silvestri joined Bailey Kennedy after finishing his law degree at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Silvestri completed externships with the Honorable Brenda Weksler, Jennifer Dorsey, and Andrew Gordon in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
Mr. Silvestri practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, ethics, and appellate advocacy. He assists clients with a variety of issues, including breaches of contract, business organization disputes, and class action lawsuits.
Being a good steward of the community is one of Mr.Silvestri’s top priorities. He is a member of local professional organizations and strives to find areas where he can help people of all walks of life.
