Bailey of Bailey Kennedy, LLP has been announced as a member of the Southern Nevada District Court Review Commission, a bipartisan panel created by Nevada’s Democratic senators, Catherine Cortez Masto and Jacky Rosen to vet candidates for recommendation to the White House as nominees to the federal bench. Mr. Bailey joins a panel of at least eight other highly respected names in the legal community from both the northern and southern parts of the state. The panel will help determine candidates who are “experienced, qualified, independent and selected through a nonpartisan process,” the senators are quoted as stating.
